A collection of 30 artist focused mini documentaries I produced or co-produced while working at Meow Wolf. See individual videos for complete credits. Highlights include Virgil Ortiz, Claudia Bueno, and Wheelchair Space Kitchen. My most frequent collaborator is the celebrated documentarian, director Jillan Spitzmiller.
A non-exhaustive collection of marketing videos and brand collabs I produced for Meow Wolf including promos and commercials for major immersive exhibitions like Santa Fe’s “House of Eternal Return,” Denver’s “Convergence Station,” and “Omega Mart” in Las Vegas. These were most often a collaboration with dir. August Ortega. Also included, the music video “White Rabbit” for Evan Rachel Wood’s band EVAN + ZANE by dir. West.
A small collection of creative videos made at Meow a wolf through a creative brain trust team from writers, editors, actors, and artists called Tiny AV. These videos were made in a fast, uninhibited creative process unlike more polished or workshopped (see expensive) productions, but the results are memorable, snackable, irreverent works. I wrote and directed Tattoo Chicken, but provided creative leadership and exercises sometimes that lead to the creation of the others in this list. Mainly, I include them because the distribution and inclusion of them in the Widen + Kennedy led marketing campaign (not just the exhibit) was something I personally spearheaded. All credit goes to the creators (listed in each video) for the genius that ensues.
From the Meow Wolf credits website: Created through the Tiny AV Project. Tiny AV is an embodiment of the underground, impish spirit that Meow Wolf was forged upon, dedicated to making highly creative, finished content without apology, approvals or necessity. Comprised of editors, animators, and other collaborators, we are opening windows to creativity outside of our normal projects, experimenting and expanding our craft, and finding ways of expression that are meaningful, fun, and most of all, weird. Lead by Brad Wolfley, Isabel Zermani and Jeni Nelson.Tiny Avers include: Alec Brown, Annie Jaynes, Madeline Metolius, Cynthia Beauclair, Ricardo Barros, and Jeff Nelson.
